Most people in the United States have water when they turn a faucet on. I don't. My well is dry and even though I live in the city limits the city won't run a water line to my road. In order to have running water when I turn on the faucet I have to go get my water. This means driving 30 miles round trip to fill the 100 gallon tank that sits in the back of my truck. I do this every day.

I am one of the Earth Guardian environmental program writers. I am raising my voice for Climate Justice. My goal for the coming year is to bring awareness to what a fragile, limited, valuable resource water is.
